Sometimes we do not realize & sit in continuation for hours & hours to study. However, it’s very important to relax & take short breaks in between for effective studies. Otherwise, you may end up forgetting all you studied or get confused later. So it is better to take small breaks & do following things during your study breaks:
1. Go outside and get some fresh air
2. Take a quick shower to re-energize your brain & body
3. Try doing meditation
4. Stretch your body muscles
5. Focus on some breathing exercises
6. Avoid junk food
7. Do some creative activities
